Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Spire Healthcare Group plc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Leader to join our team in Seaham - Sunderland. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators and driving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of administrators to achieve operational excellence
  • Manage sickness, annual leave, and underperformance within the team
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1 sessions and feedback sessions with team members
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and timely call handling
  • Plan workforce and manage administrative tasks associated with bookings, pre-op assessment, and admissions
  • Monitor and improve KPIs and process issues
  • Provide data and insights to stakeholders as required
  • Deputise for Outpatient Appointments Manager in their absence
Requirements:
  • Support colleagues in the performance of duties and establish good working relationships
  • Promote effective communication throughout the working environment
  • Continuously improve oneself and the team to deliver on key tasks and objectives
  • Attend training events and meetings to acquire knowledge and skills
  • Perform duties in accordance with hospital policies
