Retail Operations Manager

Role Overview:

As the Retail Operations Manager, you will assume full responsibility for enhancing the store's sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall success metrics. Your leadership will be pivotal in recruiting, nurturing, and inspiring the team to achieve store objectives while upholding exceptional visual merchandising standards that create an inviting shopping atmosphere for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving like-for-like growth in sales and KPIs within the store.
  • Upholding outstanding visual merchandising standards, optimizing space utilization and stock availability.
  • Following directives from senior retail management.
  • Assessing, mentoring, and developing your team based on performance metrics while addressing underperformance.
  • Ensuring brand integrity through appropriate conduct and uniform standards among team members.
  • Managing payroll and store expenses to remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Training and onboarding your team to provide exemplary customer service.

  • Commercially aware.
  • Effective communication skills.

  • Proficient IT skills.
