- Operational Experience: Experience in healthcare operations, patient admissions, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
