Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Development Programme Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development programme, supporting the Head of Development, and ensuring all development files are up to date with Homes England requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a development department of a housing association or local authority, knowledge of Homes England funding requirements, and basic understanding of Proval or similar development software. They will also possess building technical knowledge and experience.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers hybrid working opportunities, 28 days annual leave, and a staff recognition scheme.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development programme and ensure all development files are up to date with Homes England requirements
  • Support the Head of Development and provide administrative support
  • Produce development appraisals and create and process all purchase orders
  • Deal with all enquiries and set up and attend monthly cash flow meetings
