We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our Local Government Graduate Programme, a two-year fully supported development programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to become a leader in local authorities.

Overview: Our graduate development programme aims to be different. We're looking for talented individuals who can bring fresh ideas and thrive in challenging circumstances. You'll have the opportunity to work and learn from experts in their field, and by the end of your two years, you'll be positioned and ready to apply for a permanent role at the council.

Salary: The annual salary is £25,500, plus generous holiday entitlement and access to an employee benefits scheme, including discounts on gym membership, holidays, and high street shops, as well as a free counselling service. You'll also have the opportunity to join the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Job Description: As a graduate on our programme, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the workings of local government, working closely with experienced colleagues and developing valuable skills and experience.
