Coordinating Training and Operations Lead

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. They will also have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organisation. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and experience in training and operations management, working closely with the Environmental, Safety and Training Manager.
**Responsibilities Include:**
* Arranging training internally and externally, including bookings and delivery.
* Managing and reviewing contractors, including assessing their works and documenting outcomes.
* Inducting contractors.
* Reviewing Contractor Risk Assessments, method Statements, work permits and safe systems of work.
* Producing reports and recommendations regarding the correction of any defects.
* Managing contractor reporting and associated paperwork.
* Managing the insurance company reporting.
* Carrying out any other reasonable ad hoc duties to support the training function as required.
**Requirements:**
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
