About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team in Manchester or London. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the winning and delivery of profitable business opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Actively lead and support the negotiation and management of commercial contracts with clients and suppliers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Manage the procurement of production facilities, actors, and influencers for our creative campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential commercial risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on our business.
  • Agreement Drafting and Review: Collaborate with our global legal team to draft and review agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), master service agreements (MSAs), and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Dispute Resolution: Effectively resolve disputes and claims, prioritizing the best outcome for our company.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our sales and operations teams to provide expert advice on commercial contracting aspects and intellectual property-related topics.

 

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of [£60,000 - £80,000] per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in UK contracts law or a related field; sufficient knowledge of standard contracting terms for professional services, creative, and IT agency services at a multinational level.
  • Skills and Qualities: Well-organized, able to multitask, flexible, and available to work under tight deadlines; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
