ACS Business Performance Ltd is seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for our UK and international clients.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in growing revenue streams. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching, negotiating, and closing new contracts.

  • You will work closely with our Business Directors to articulate and continually refresh our value proposition.
  • Use business data outcomes to have a meaningful impact with clients.
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships to drive positive outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industries and hold a degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end client management, including developing and maintaining strategic business relationships.
  • Hold accountability as a key representative with named clients, accelerating customer adoption and driving expansion growth.
  • Manage the collection and analysis of client performance and project outcomes.
Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
