Senior Contract Negotiator

We experienced firsthand the lack of tools for preparing quality training data, which hindered the progress of building AI for many teams. As a Senior Contract Negotiator, your main responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, and finalizing various legal agreements with a quick turnaround involving multiple stakeholders. This role demands a proactive individual with prior experience in handling commercial contracts and general compliance matters, preferably with a background working with SaaS or other technology companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Trusted Business Partner: You will be a trusted business partner and respond thoughtfully to requests from the Encord team and customers regarding company policies, legal issues, and risk tolerance.
- Contract Evaluation: You will thoroughly evaluate the risks, legal obligations, and commitments associated with contractual agreements.
- Commercial Risk Management: You will review contract performance, assess commercial risks, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to manage such risks.
- Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize contract templates, and automate contract management workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
