  • Collaborating with our Compliance Manager to ensure seamless company secretarial operations.
  • Providing expert guidance on intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • English qualified solicitor or equivalent experience.
  • 2-6 years of PQE with a background in financial services or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

We offer a competitive salary package (£80,000 - £120,000) and a dynamic work environment that supports work-life balance.
