UK Business Growth Director

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to drive business growth in the UK, as Country Head of UK. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned executive with experience in strategic leadership, team management, market development, and sales oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the UK, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the UK team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective communication across all levels.
- Market Development: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive growth, enhance market share, and build strong customer relationships.
- Sales Oversight: Oversee sales operations, setting targets, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue goals.
- Financial Management: Manage the country's financial performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation and profitability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams to support business objectives and drive initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles, with a strong track record in the UK market.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Skills: Proven experience in sales, marketing, and operations management, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in financial management.
Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
