At DeterTech | UK & IE, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of the construction industry. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 25+ days of holiday, healthcare scheme, company pension scheme, and employee recognition programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote the company
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and closing business deals
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Excellent presentation and proposal development skills
