Strategic Business Growth Manager

Establishing a robust business development strategy is essential for driving growth and revenue at DeterTech | UK & IE.
This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to expand the customer base.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and closing business deals, as well as experience in B2B face-to-face sales within the construction industry.
A strong understanding of market trends and changes is crucial in this role, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills are also essential, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
