We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Solicitor to join our team at Sacco Mann in Nottingham.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling complex corporate transactions with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business restructuring, and private equity.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Mentoring and developing junior solicitors within the team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and identifying opportunities to expand the department's reach.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE, significant experience in Corporate law, and expertise in managing high-value transactions. A proven track record in business development, including networking and client acquisition, is highly desirable.
