A rare opportunity exists for a seasoned Business Growth Manager to further develop the already successful and lucrative aerospace, aviation, avionics, and defence markets for Wallace Hind, a respected distributor of technical industrial consumables and components.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include working closely with the Sales Director, developing business, winning new projects from existing customers, and selling 'technical solutions' and 'problem solving' for clients, not commodity selling. You will also work closely with the Marketing Manager to generate content, interest, and leads.

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of success selling into aerospace and defence tier one and OEM markets at a senior level with technical decision makers. Experience in adhesives, tapes, sealants, silicones, or related technical consumable products or components is highly desirable.
