Business Development Manager - Growth Strategist
Jameson Legal is seeking a Business Development Manager - Growth Strategist to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving growth through strategic business development initiatives.
The Role
- Developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives to build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Working with fee earners to develop individual client plans to deliver a service that meets all of their needs.
- Collaborating with the wider team to develop marketing collaterals and execute business development strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience in a business development role within a professional services firm.
- Proven experience in preparing proposals, pitch materials, and other related marketing materials.
Key Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage assigned workload independently while delivering accurate and high standard of work.
