Salary: £35,000 basic, with potential On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £50,000 in the first year

We are a global leader in industrial vibration technology, providing a range of products tailored for diverse applications across various industrial sectors.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to manage existing accounts and seek new business opportunities throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our range of vibrating motors and their applications across various industries.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a mechanical or engineering-related field.
  • Proven track record in account management and new business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and a go-getter attitude.

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000.
