Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Resolute Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and prospects
