Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of import operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and overseas partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with related service providers to streamline import processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of import transactions and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Proactively monitor shipments and communicate updates to customers and partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve import processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

About You

  • Previous experience in import operations and customer service in Airfreight.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
