The Role

We are seeking an experienced Elderly Care Operations Manager to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.

You will oversee the financial performance of our service lines, working closely with corporate services to embed processes across all service lines. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective management of our operations, enabling us to provide exceptional care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services

Requirements:

  • RQF Level 5 Award in Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
  • A comprehensive knowledge of social care legislation and CQC requirements
  • Highly effective communication skills across a diverse range of contacts
  • Ability to liaise with Regulatory Bodies, Local Safeguarding, and other external stakeholders as appropriate for compliance and quality assurance purposes
  • Ability to travel to different locations within Suffolk and wider
