Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in the Care of the Elderly wards at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients under the delegation and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have previous experience in a health setting, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures and observations. You will be responsible for meeting the direct and indirect care needs of patients, as well as ensuring high standards of patient care at all times. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Salary: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working options, training and development opportunities, and access to a generous pension scheme.
