Homecare Worker Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Worker Coordinator to join our team at Uvedale Hall in Needham Market, Suffolk.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
As a Homecare Worker Coordinator, you will play an integral role in coordinating the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that each individual receives personalized attention and care tailored to their unique needs.
Your key responsibilities will include supervising care workers, administering medication as required, and promoting a positive and respectful culture within the home.
You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop the skills of junior care staff, ensuring that they deliver the highest standard of care to our residents.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a care environment, preferably in a supervisory capacity. You will also need to be able to write and update care plans effectively.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour, which reflects the importance of this role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
