Care Home Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Home Operations Manager to join our team in Ipswich. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our nursing home and delivering high-quality care services to residents.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff. We require someone with excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of CQC standards, and a passion for delivering person-centred care.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage the home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled care professionals.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of care services, ensuring Outstanding ratings.
  • Manage financial resources to achieve operational targets.
Compensation and Benefits:
