A dynamic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead a new care home in Ipswich.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure residents receive high-quality care, working closely with the Clinical Lead and other teams to achieve excellence in service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff to deliver exceptional resident care
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve quality and compliance
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

This is an exciting opportunity to join Jupiter Recruitment as a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff to deliver outstanding resident care
  • Work closely with the Clinical Lead to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and external partners
Requirements
  • Previous experience in residential care management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work towards achieving outstanding CQC ratings
