About the Role:

  1. Client Support: You will provide top-notch support to our clients, helping them get the most out of our software solutions.
  2. Software Development: You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  3. Process Improvement: You will contribute to process improvements, ensuring our systems are efficient and effective.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. A strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, C++, or Python.

Bonus Points:

  1. Experience with database management systems.
  2. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
