We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. In this full-time office-based role, you will be supporting one IFA with all areas of administration including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years Financial Services experience, preferably obtained in a life and pensions environment. You should also possess strong administration and customer service skills, with telephone-based experience being beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating the back office system to ensure accurate client data and information throughout the process.
  • Maintaining fully compliant files by holding all documents on the client's Document Management/workflow and diary system in a timely manner for instant access to all staff.
  • Producing client valuations in readiness for annual reviews and raising invoices for additional requests not part of the paid service.
  • Participating in project-related work, working as one team to meet company goals and targets.

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is based near Dorking, but hybrid working will be considered after successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
