About the Role

Hobbycraft is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our customer relationship strategy, driving customer lifetime value, and further growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution and optimization of our customer relationship campaigns across multiple channels, including email, app notifications, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute core marketing activity and strategic plans.
  • Manage and develop a team of designers and marketing professionals to support the delivery of customer relationship campaigns.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Proven background in briefing, executing, measuring, and optimizing email or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and allocate resources for multiple campaigns and projects of varying complexity.
  • Analytical, numerate, and results-oriented, with good commercial judgment and KPI understanding.
  • Customer-focused, with a proven track record of considering customer segments and insight, and applying this knowledge to marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in leading a team, either direct reports or in a project scenario.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven reporting skills and experience using reporting tools and Excel.
  • Ability to assess creative against commercial goals and campaign objectives.
  • Fast learner, ready to adapt and utilize new technologies as they become available.
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to change in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is essential, with good problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with bags of initiative and enthusiasm.
