Our accredited Child Contact Centres in Southbourne and Townsend offer vital services that help families maintain relationships despite living apart. We facilitate supervised, supported, and handover family time in both our centres and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, supervise, document, and evaluate child contact sessions with a focus on safeguarding.
  • Manage schedules and oversee practitioners and volunteers to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, local authorities, social workers, solicitors, and other professionals while meeting contact demands.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A child-centered approach to family engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and non-judgmentally with diverse individuals, demonstrating an understanding of boundaries and a commitment to equal opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize competing demands and delegate tasks effectively.
  • A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 4 in Children & Families or a related field.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Salary: £29,993.64 per annum for a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover required).
