Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Officer to join our team at Essex County Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support to the Quadrant in maintaining data using the case management system.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert working with the ASC Mosaic Training team.
- Provide support for staff for all issues regarding Mosaic including ad hoc training if required.
- Support the collection of data for statutory returns and all management information.
- Support the quadrant by undertaking administrative duties to ensure efficiency of the service in meeting regular outputs.
- Supports the quadrant in maintaining files and records accurately and efficiently, proposing and implementing improvements when required.
Requirements
- Educated to GCSE level including Maths and English at a minimum Grade of C or equivalent by experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development and expert knowledge in relevant professional area.
- Excellent communication skills and building positive relationships with service users.
- Knowledge and experience of setting up appropriate systems in which to collect and process data.
- Proficient in attention to detail in checking data and evidencing a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge and experience of using systems effectively for the collection and analysis of data.
