Cloud Service Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Service Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Armstrong Integrated Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue growth in cloud services, including Pump Manager renewals and Eco Pulse renewals.
- Lead customer success from onboarding to the entire life cycle, ensuring seamless customer experience and loyalty.
- Drive sales of services and parts solutions by analyzing customer needs and providing proactive communication.
- Prioritize outreach to the installed base, focusing on driving sales through value selling.
Technical Expertise:
- Expertise in ERP and CRM systems, with experience in manipulating data and presenting meaningful reports.
- Strong knowledge of engineering functions and principles, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and platforms, with experience in using them to streamline sales processes.
Education and Experience:
- A graduate degree in Engineering, Data Management, or Cloud management, or equivalent experience.
- Proven work experience in providing customer solutions and driving sales growth, with a strong track record of achievement.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
