About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at Kennedys. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and providing exceptional service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of facilities staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities management is aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of facilities management software and systems.
