Job Overview

VINCI Facilities is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Manager to lead our FM commercial team in managing our multi-year Defence contract covering London & the South East.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management, with a proven track record in commercial management, contract administration, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial procedures and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Lead a senior team in delivering high-volume maintenance and lifecycle refurbishment projects across 90 military sites
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure effective contract administration, including negotiation and dispute resolution

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial management experience in Facilities Management, with a strong understanding of complex contracts
  • Leadership and influencing skills, with experience in managing a regional team (5 direct reports)
  • Experience in managing a regional portfolio in excess of £100m
  • Significant contract knowledge and associated administration and negotiations
  • Professional membership to RICS
