Senior Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at VINCI Facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our FM commercial team dedicated to our multi-year Defence contract covering the South East region.
The role will involve leading a senior team to ensure accounts and commercial procedures are adhered to and compliant, sufficient resources are in place, all contractual administration is undertaken correctly, and requirements are understood.
The ideal candidate will have a proven QS/Commercial background in Facilities Management - Hard Services, with strong leadership and influencing skills, and experience of managing a regional team and portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the FM commercial team to deliver high volume maintenance and lifecycle refurbishment projects across 90 different military sites.
- Ensure compliance with contractual administration and negotiations.
- Lead a senior team to achieve commercial objectives.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven Facilities Management background.
- Proven commercial management pedigree with years of experience.
- Experience of managing a regional team and portfolio.
- Professional membership to RICS.
