Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Cardo Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the pricing of works and services, producing tender documentation, and valuing work properly carried out on schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in all pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including pricing of works and services, and production of tender documentation/schedules of works.
- Liaise with clients, contract administrators, and subcontractors to accurately value work in accordance with contract requirements and procedures.
- Contribute to teamwork, building trust and honest relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Assist in the preparation of contract documentation, including schedules of works and tender documents.
- A competitive base salary of up to £55,000, plus car allowance.
