Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Cardo Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of our pricing and maintaining our reputation for quality work.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in all pre and post-contract duties, including the pricing of works and services, production of tender documentation, and accurate valuation of work carried out on schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the pricing of works and services, including the production of tender documentation and schedules of works.
- Liaise with clients, contract administrators, and subcontractors to accurately value work carried out on schemes and certify payments.
- Contribute to teamwork, building trust and honest relationships with clients and subcontractors.
