Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Marriott International. This is a leadership role that requires exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Direct and manage the front desk staff to ensure efficient and exceptional customer service
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
* Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
* Monitor and analyze front desk operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
