Front of House Supervisor Role

As a Front of House Supervisor at German Doner Kebab, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. You will oversee the Front of House area, ensuring that our high standards of quality, hygiene, and health and safety are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Front of House team to achieve excellent guest service and sales results.
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, from greeting to departure.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the Front of House area, including the restaurant, bar, and outdoor spaces.
  • Manage stock inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
