Job Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for leading the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest services and maximize revenue. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing day-to-day operations, and implementing policies to ensure guest satisfaction and financial performance.

• Lead the front desk team to achieve guest service and revenue goals.
• Supervise staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control property occupancy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year experience in guest services or a related field.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in hospitality, business administration, or a related field; no work experience required.
