Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Team Member to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome to our hotel.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling all necessary paperwork and documentation.
  • Manage room assignments, ensuring that guests are allocated to the correct rooms and that all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud and ResaWeb systems, with experience in using these systems to manage guest reservations and room assignments.
