Reception Team Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Arora Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the reception team to achieve high standards of customer service and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
