About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an Incident Analyst to join Diligenta's Corporate Incidents Team. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of our mission by providing expert incident resolution services.


Key Responsibilities

As an Incident Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include investigating and analysing corporate incidents, identifying root causes, and planning corrective actions. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective incident management and resolution.
