We are looking for a Proactive Resolution Expert to join our team in Scotland. As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to resolve customer issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize ticketing solutions and work towards Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Project support and system deployment
  • Setup new equipment, including PCs, laptops, mobiles, and configure firewalls
  • Install, test, and monitor servers and assist with LAN/WAN, computer repair, software issues, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi, and other technical tasks
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT support
  • Experience in virtualisation, backup, MS Exchange, AD, and O365, virtual environment, networks, and storage
  • Familiarity with firewalls and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide advice to non-technical customers
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience
