Digital Trading Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Trading Manager to drive sales growth through wickes.co.uk, apps, and online-in-store. The successful candidate will execute the trading plan on digital platforms, delivering web merchandising techniques and improvements to develop their categories. They will also gather performance insights and translate them into actions. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of e-commerce experience in digital e-commerce and website trading, with expertise across various e-commerce elements such as product discovery/search, visual merchandising, trading, and a deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the trading plan on the website and digital ecosystem
  • Manage e-commerce tools to optimize website performance and grow sales
  • Ensure customer journeys are up-to-date and propose improvements using analytics and insights platforms
  • Manage stakeholders, working closely with the Commercial team and developing effective relationships
  • Report and provide insights on e-commerce performance, working closely with Commercial teams
Requirements:
  • Excellent planning skills, with the ability to build campaigns, present timelines, and ensure delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to build relationships and liaise with business and external stakeholders
  • At least 4 years of e-commerce experience in digital e-commerce and website trading
  • Expertise across various e-commerce elements, such as product discovery/search, visual merchandising, trading, and e-commerce KPIs
