We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key partners.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can think strategically, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends
  • Develop and execute business strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
