We're looking for a Senior Director, People to partner with us in building a generation-defining consumer tech company. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in high-growth environment human resources, capable of driving organisational excellence and enhancing our employee experience across our multiple regions.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Director, People to develop and implement a comprehensive People strategy to execute our business objectives. This includes overseeing global talent acquisition efforts, developing and implementing talent management programs, championing employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring efficient and effective People Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive People strategy to execute business objectives
  • Oversee global talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement talent management programs to increase talent density
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to create a high-performance culture
  • Implement programs and policies that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity
  • Analyse people and industry data to inform decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness
  • Ensure efficient and effective People Operations, including compliance, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to support the growth and expansion of the company
  • Lead and coordinate People initiatives across our key locations

Requirements

  • Experience of leading HR in a fast-paced growth stage company
  • Experience of building effective talent acquisition strategies and processes
  • Business savvy; understanding how to leverage HR as the biggest driver of commercial outcomes
  • Great at thinking strategically and crafting plans, but even better at implementation
  • Proven experience in a global or multi-regional organisation, preferably in the technology sector
  • Passionate about fostering a positive, meritocratic, and high-performance workplace culture
