The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team as an Asset Finance Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying and building relationships with new Vendors and Manufacturers, driving business growth through both Vendor and Direct routes to market.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Vendors and Manufacturers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record in Asset Finance Sales, with experience in both Vendor and Direct routes to market
- Strong problem-solving and credit analysis skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a generous holiday allowance, paid community volunteering days, and a company-wide profit-sharing bonus. Additionally, you will be enrolled in our pension plan, which includes up to 10% annual salary contributions from us. Other benefits include life assurance, personal accident cover, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
