Campaign Manager (Telemarketing) Position

Regional Rec2Rec Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, using their expertise to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the bridge between clients and the sales floor, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize skills and expertise to identify business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide support and guidance, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, paid weekly at £14.10 per hour.

Location: Shirley, Solihull. Must live within a 7-mile radius. Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-3:00pm.
