Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Development Specialist to join our Electrophysiology (EP) team at Abbott. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to penetrate competitor accounts.

In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Development Manager to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results. You will also be responsible for building relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate competitor accounts.
  3. Collaborate with the Commercial and Sales Support teams to align on commercial strategies.


Requirements:
  • Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist with extensive EP NHS experience at band 6 or 7 level.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with commercial, sales support, and marketing teams.


Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
