**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our Special School Nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while working closely with children, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children with complex health needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • To assess children in the school setting, plan and deliver care in collaboration with children, young people, and their parents/carers.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical and safeguarding records, adhering to NMC guidelines and promoting high standards of care and practice.
  • To contribute to the development and delivery of teaching and competencies for education staff members and support medical clinics within schools.
**Essential Requirements:**
  • NMC registration as a Nursing Associate.
  • A Level 5 Foundation Degree in Health & Care related to Nursing Associate training.
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary and cross-agency environment under supervision.
  • Understanding of safeguarding principles and Mental Capacity.
**Salary Range:** £28-£35 per hour (dependent on experience)
