About the Position

This role involves working in a medium-sized purpose-built home in Solihull, providing care to patients with dementia, older person, and respite care needs. We are looking for a qualified RGN or RMN with up-to-date clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
